M3 events convene experts around a focused topic that represents a challenge for member businesses and the region. The two signature events of the year are our Annual Meeting and the NEREJ Real Estate Summit. Throughout the year we also hold virtual and in-person coalition events in Legislative Leadership, Real Estate Leadership, and What’s Happening in M3. Read on below for descriptions of these series.

In partnership with the New England Real Estate Journal, every fall we host a summit to discuss the current state and outlook for real estate development in the region

Panel discussions with builders, bankers, architects, designers, engineers, and others on the state of development in the region.
