Throughout the year, M3 hosts dozens of events, connects members to key resources at the municipal and state level, facilitates permitting and collaboration between members, and showcases the work our members are doing to make this region a hub for economic activity.
While membership dues and event tickets cover a good portion of our day-to-day operations, producing these events relies on sponsors. Sponsorships cover venue costs, food, A/V needs, staff support, and all the other invaluable elements that make our events so successful.

Annual Meeting
Sponsorship of our annual meeting demonstrates your commitment to the work M3 does year-round. The annual meeting always features a keynote address from an executive branch official from the Commonwealth, who provides critical updates on policy.
Sponsorship of the meeting includes a table/booth ($500 value), tickets for your company’s attendees ($50 value each), and recognition on all promotions as well as a thank you at the event ($500 value).
Real Estate Summit with New England Real Estate Journal (NEREJ)
This annual summit is always one of M3’s highest-attended events. We bring together leaders in development, brokerage, design, project management, and construction to provide an outlook for the coming year.
There are multiple sponsorship levels for the summit, ranging from a booth to showcase your company’s work to demonstrating your industry leadership by underwriting the event. Details for 2024 forthcoming.
