Refund Policy

Refund Eligibility:
You may request a refund for in-person or hybrid events at least 48 hours prior to the event. Refunds will not be issued if the request is made within 48 hours of the event. In such cases, you may transfer your ticket to another event of equal or lesser value within the next 6 months.

Refund Process:
To initiate a refund, you must submit your request at least 48 hours before the in-person event. Please contact us at info@middlesex3.com for assistance. Refunds will be processed to your original payment method.

When to Expect the Refund:
Once we confirm your eligibility, your refund will be processed within 14 business days. For payments made via debit or credit card, please allow an additional 2-4 weeks for the refund to appear on your statement.
