CM&B is pleased to announce the strategic addition of Chapin Jacob as Vice President/Project Executive. With a strong track record of success developing and building high-profile life sciences and industrial projects, Chapin brings a wealth of experience to the team. In his previous role as Senior Project Manager for National Development, Chapin successfully oversaw the construction of a significant life science campus in Watertown, MA. Additionally, he played a key role in the ongoing development of a major distribution and logistics center in East Hartford, CT.
Prior to his role in development, Chapin was the lead Project Manager on many large-scale life science developments for Massachusetts-based construction manager John Moriarty & Associates (JMA). In his role at JMA, he managed projects for notable clients, including Pfizer, KSQ Therapeutics, and MITIMCo.
