M3 welcomes its newest member, Massachusetts-based Gables Property Management (GPM) to the Coalition!

GPM is dedicated to acquiring and managing office, warehouse, manufacturing/flex properties, and life science facilities along the Northeast Corridor with a primary focus in Massachusetts and Southern New England.

GPM is led by CEO and Founder, Alan Coleman.
